The focus of our Richmond Area Diversity Roundtable (RADR) is to recognize excellence in diversity, provide resources for institutions looking to more actively promote diversity, share best practices, keep members up to speed on diversity issues and provide networking opportunities for HR and diversity professionals.

RADR Volunteer Committee InvolvementVolunteer Committee Members will report directly to the Richmond SHRM Board Director of Diversity and Inclusion overseeing RADR.
Committee Members will meet regularly throughout the year.
Content Development This committee will be responsible for planning both members-only roundtable discussions and special events focused on I.D.E.A. topics relevant to HR Practitioners.
Publicity/Marketing Help publicize RADR events by coordinating RSHRM's social media and promotional efforts. Help develop promotional plan to include content for the website, E-blasts, social media channels and any other marketing materials.
Speaker Solicitation Help to procure speakers for special events focused on I.D.E.A topics.
Arrangements Work with RSHRM staff to arrange delivery format to include: in-person or virtual, studio production logistics, in-person site selection, AV/technology coordination, site set up and tear down, directional signage, registration process, food/beverage coordination, photographer, etc. Click here for a current list of RADR programs.
