Creating an environment that ignites learning, awareness and engages cultures, organizations and communities

We will accomplish our Mission through:

• Thought Leadership – providing leadership in workplace diversity management and the alignment of those efforts to business objectives
• Making Connections – connecting organizations, and individuals to diversity and inclusion resources, tools and events
• Leadership and Education – providing a forum for diversity practitioners to network with and educate one another in order to remain at the forefront of trends in diversity management, and
• Relevant Initiatives – supporting and developing Richmond area initiatives that address challenges and opportunities that are unique to our local constituents.
