Preference is given to thought leaders who incorporate the following:

Please note: Richmond SHRM has a tradition of using educational conference sessions as a platform for innovation in the field of HR management. We ask contributors to share their expertise without expectation of a large payment in the spirit of networking, a purpose for which SHRM was founded. Please note that speakers receive complimentary meeting or conference attendance and meals. Requests for transportation reimbursement will be considered on an individual basis.
