HR Professionals are focused on developing Return to Office (RTO) initiatives in their workplaces and Richmond SHRM is here to lend a hand. The RVA HR Forum provides a setting for HR leaders across RVA to think through and process some of the considerations involved with establishing a high-level roadmap for a successful RTO strategy.
