Registration Policy

Registration is online or at the door with payment due in full at the time of registration. Online registration payment is accepted via Credit and/or debit card and day-of registration payment is accepted via cash or check.

Richmond SHRM Substitution Policy
Please be aware that once you register for an event, you will not be able to cancel for a refund. Substitutions are encouraged however, the non-member rate may apply. If you are unable to attend an event, please email us at registration@richmondshrm.org with the name of the person who will attend the event as your replacement. We must receive the replacement name no later than two days prior to the event. Thank you.
