Research supports that practicing mindfulness in the workplace is both a practical and effective way to enhance overall employee well-being and engagement. For thousands of years, humans have known that the use of mindfulness practices can be beneficial to help cope with the many effects of stress. Science has now caught up to what we have known and empirical evidence widely supports the many benefits of mindfulness practices.
