Tony Byers from Starbucks to Keynote at Symposium

Tony Byers
Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion

Session Title:  The Multiplier Effects of Inclusion

Join us July 13 - 14 for the 2nd Annual Diversity and Inclusion Symposium:  The Power of Coming Together, hosted by VCU and Richmond SHRM.

When: July 13:  3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
July 14:  8:00 am - 4:00 am

Where: VCU Siegel Center

We started an important conversation last year, capturing baseline readiness scores that measured how prepared our workplaces and our communities are for the dramatic demographic changes approaching.  We will continue that work this year by incorporating a C-Suite Roundtable focused on the critical D&I issues in our workplaces and breakout sessions focused on best practices being embraced in the Richmond region.  And we will host the Symposium at a larger venue to accommodate more schools, agencies, and companies in the dialog.

The program will stimulate our thinking, raise awareness, offer reflection, and challenge us to take action.   We hope you and your colleagues can be there.
