Roger Connors will introduce his newest approach to performance coaching, called Self-Directed Performance Coaching, that helps organizations create internal coaching communities where employees at every level coach one another to solve problems and make performance gains in their daily work - essential activities to produce the innovative results that will be needed in 2020's last quarters. This approach is based on research from his upcoming book, Get a Coach Be a Coach. Participants will leave the sessions able to identify conditions that require a coach, to engage their workforce regardless of the situation (remote/in-office) and to effectively coach at all levels of the organization.
