Matt Cadle
Area Vice President, Regional Voluntary Benefits Practice Leader

Matt is an Area Vice President for Gallagher, and is the Regional Practice Leader for Voluntary Benefits in the Southeast. In his role, Matt works with clients to develop customized voluntary benefit programs and enrollment solutions, as well as negotiates exclusive underwriting and pricing arrangements with carrier partners and ensures each is held accountable for delivering best in class service to Gallagher’s clients.

Matt brings fourteen years of knowledge and experience in the areas of Voluntary Benefits, Benefits Technology, and Enrollment & Engagement Strategies to Gallagher. He has a proven track record of successfully assisting clients of all sizes develop the right engagement strategies and product offerings that focus on employee’s physical, emotional, career and financial wellbeing.

Tyson Swift
Voluntary Benefits Consultant

Tyson Swift is a Voluntary Benefits Consultant for Gallagher’s Southeast Region. In his role, Tyson works alongside lead Health & Welfare Consultants to provide expert consultative service in the area of Supplemental Health plans for the design, implementation and management of corporate benefits’ strategies. He works closely with Gallagher staff and our clients and prospects, managing several priorities to provide additional health benefits and reduce medical spending and out of pocket costs.

Tyson began his career with Gallagher as a Benefits Counselor supporting the development of clients’ Voluntary Benefit enrollments. In this role, he utilized client relationships and education sessions to ensure employees fully understood their companies benefit offerings and made the best decision for them.

Austin Weaver
Enrollment Consultant

Austin Weaver is an Enrollment Consultant within Gallagher’s Enrollment Solutions and Voluntary Benefits National Practice. He is responsible for working with organizations across the country to understand the goals and desired outcomes from open enrollment and onboarding enrollment processes, and then aligning the appropriate resources to help educate and engage employee populations as they complete their benefit elections.

Austin has five years of experience within the Gallagher Enrollment Solutions practice, and enjoys the daily opportunities to work with a diverse set of clients spanning many industries, and ranging in size form 100 employees through 50,000 benefit eligible employees. Austin helps, HR professionals understand that they can provide individualized and custom messaging to all of their employees through various enrollment support tools.
