Eva Hartmann

Eva has 20 years of experience as a strategic, results-driven and innovative leader with significant expertise in Human Resources strategy, talent and leadership development, performance management, and organizational transformation. Eva has worked in a variety of industries, from manufacturing to Fortune 500 consulting. She is a transformational change agent who has developed and led strategic human capital programs and talent initiatives in multiple challenging environments globally.

Eva is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Schnabel Engineering, an award-winning engineering consulting firm. She is also the founder and President of Trellis LLC, a Human Capital Consulting and Staffing firm. Prior to Trellis, Eva was the Global Human Resources Director for Tredegar Film Products, a global manufacturer of plastic film products, and was responsible for the HR Strategy and Operations of a $600 million global division.

Eva holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. She is an Adjunct Faculty member with the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, teaching Organizational Behavior to MBA students.

Stephen Fuller

Steve is a transformational HR leader with deep experience serving clients across a range of HR areas. As a partner at EY, he aims to bring passion to the HR and talent space where he leads and engage with dynamic EY and client teams to solve major business challenges. His experiences range across a variety of major clients in the following industries: Aerospace and Defense, Professional Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Transit.

Over the course of my career, he has helped a variety of HR functions to improve how they operate and also tackle some of their greatest challenges related to service delivery, people, process, data and technology. He is proud that his teams have helped our clients to not only solve these challenges but also to realize the tangible benefits associated with change. He also really enjoy watches the HR technology market innovate and works with his clients to identify and successfully implement the solutions that best support their needs.

Steve also bring rich experiences helping HR functions to navigate significant events such as transactions and major compliance developments. In these spaces, his teams helped them with organization and talent planning, risk culture and managing compliance requirements.

Andrea Hill

Partner, Business Tax Services,


Andrea is the Business Tax Services and Market Leader for EY's tax practice in Richmond, Virginia, with over 25 years of experience providing and coordinating federal, state and local, and international tax consulting and compliance services to multinational clients.

She has significant international tax experience and has worked in both Prague, Czech Republic and Mexico City, Mexico addressing multinational clients with cross-border tax planning issues.

Andrea also provides significant value to her clients with respect to tax accounting method and research credit issues for a wide range of clients in a consumer products, manufacturing and insurance industries. She has extensive experience with US GAAP and IFRS tax accounting issues for multinational companies and has assisted several large public companies with provision process re-design and implementation.

Kimberly Wilson

Deputy Director for Human Resources, Volunteers and Community Service


Kimberly J. Wilson joined VMFA in 2015 in the newly created position of Deputy Director for Human Resources, Volunteers, and Community Service. A native Richmonder, Wilson’s extensive experience in Human Resources spans more than 20 years. Her recent work in higher education included a number of HR leadership and executive roles at such prestigious institutions as Howard University and Howard University Hospital, University of Richmond, and the George Washington University. Wilson is a nationally recognized voice within the higher education field having worked with the Higher Education Recruiting Consortium (HERC), the American Council of Education (ACE), the Office of Women in Higher Education (OWIHE), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She was named a finalist for the Human Resource Leadership Award of Greater Washington in 2015 and received the George Washington University VALOR Award, which is given to GW administrators for contributing to the success of the GW VALOR program for student military members, their families, and veterans. Wilson holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Mary Washington.


Program has been submitted for approval to SHRM for 1 PDC towards SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification and submitted for approval by HRCI for 1 (General) credit towards PHR, SPHY and GPHR recertification.
