According to a recent article in Forbes, “Inclusion is the only scalable way to build diversity within an organization. Without thoughtful and deliberate discussion and action to cultivate an inclusive environment, all the energy and resources spent on recruiting a diverse workforce are for naught.” Join us for a roundtable discussion on what’s working in RVA workplaces to foster real inclusion. Come prepared to share best practices (along with missteps) and leave with ideas on how to make your organization more inclusive.
