Melissa Walker wrote on the Interest Groups: RADR wall: Hello Richmond SHRM! I am currently working as the Plant HR Manager for O-I in Toano, VA. I moved to the area in June 2017 and I am looking forward to connecting with my peers. Previously, I was an active member of the Indy SHRM chapter where I was engaged on the Diversity & Inclusion and Workforce Development committees. I also held chairs on Board of Directors for Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana and Indianapolis' Martin Luther King Center.
